Resort Credits can be used on items charged back to the guests room account including, Food & Beverage, Nail Lounge and Spa treatments if applicable at the resort guests are staying at only.
Te Manava guests can use Resort Credits on any charge back made from Pacific Resort Rarotonga.
Resort Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Bonus Value
The Bonus Value offered is up to the maximum amount available per eligible package and is determined by the point of departure as follows:
Ex Auckland: from $2649 pp, up to $1250 Bonus Value, valued at up to $3274 pp
Ex Christchurch: from $2799 pp, up to $1400 Bonus Value, valued at up to $3499 pp
Ex Wellington: from $2849 pp, up to $1300 Bonus Value, valued at up to $3499 pp

All prices are per person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in New Zealand dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
