Unused Resort Credit is non-refundable or transferrable to services that are not mentioned or included on this condition such as rental cars, etc.
Resort Credit can be redeemed for Schedule Tours that is only operated by Savaii Transport & Tours. More tours details information will be provided to guests upon arrival.
Private Tours are NOT REDEEMABLE for resort credit.
Guests who exceed the WST 200.00 limit of resort credit will have the excess charges applied to their room account, which must be settled directly by the guests before or at check-out.

4 – 11 yrs old: rate includes breakfast for 2 Children, complimentary when accompanied by one paying adult.

*A Choice of Tour to Discover South OR North of Savaii (inclusive of entry fees and light lunch)
South OR North Savaii Tour – Guests choose to select either North or South of Savaii. It is a full day tour and guests will join other guests on a normal scheduled tour between Monday-Saturday.
NOTE – not exchangeable for another tour or non-refundable if guests did not take the tour.
Guests must book with Reception upon check-in to confirm their participation.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
