If you’re a New Zealand citizen travelling overseas then yes, you do need a passport. The destinations we travel to all have an entry requirement that your passport must have at least 6-month validity when you’re travelling. So, make sure you check the expiry date too before you book! Visa requirements differ between destinations. We recommend visiting Sherpa or SafeTravel or talking to our Holiday Experts for the most up-to-date entry requirements.

You sure can! We love to let the resorts know of any special occasions you may be celebrating, or the property requests you have. This way you don’t have to worry about anything when you arrive. Celebrating your anniversary? Needing an extra rollaway bed for your room? Not a problem! Just let us know and we’ll sort it all out for you before you go!
You certainly can! Although our packages are listed with a particular number of nights, our Holiday Experts can add extra nights onto any package that you desire, provided there’s availability. If you’ve made an online enquiry or booked your holiday and haven’t heard from us, it’s possible that your itinerary had landed in your junk mail or spam folder. If you’ve checked your junk mail and you still can’t find your itinerary, please contact us!
Hiring a car is great way to discover more of a destination, however you will need to hold a current, non-probationary license from your country of residence. Some destinations also require you to hold an international driver’s license. Talk to our Holiday Experts at the time of booking for more information.
Final payments are due 65 days prior to departure. We will send you an email five days beforehand with a secure payment link, valid for 10 days, and an additional reminder if your payment is overdue. We recommend marking your payment dates on your calendar, so you don’t forget!
Your day tours are pre-booked for the dates shown on your itinerary by our Holiday Experts at the time of booking. The dates can be changed subject to availability. If you wish to change the date of your tour or experience, please contact the supplier a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled departure.
Travel documents will be emailed to you two weeks prior to departure. This includes your itinerary, flight confirmation and any vouchers for tours.
Once you have paid your deposit there is nothing else you need to do except arrange for your balance to be paid 65 days prior to departure. Once your balance is paid, we then email your travel documents approximately two weeks prior to departure.
Please contact our Customer Specialist team and we will be in touch as soon as possible. You will need to provide your booking reference number and date of departure. Keep in mind that we prioritise based on departure date.
Insurance policies can differ, so we recommend checking your product disclosure statement or contacting your insurer directly.
Our holiday packages often include return transfers between the airport and your resort, making arrival and departure a breeze! Throughout your holiday, you can use an array of transport options, including taxis, public transport and hire cars. Ask your Holiday Expert for more specific advice for your destination.
Most places no longer require a vaccine passport, however, if you do have a valid one, take it with you. Please do not travel if you are feeling unwell and seek professional medical advice.
