Airfares
Airfares are based on promotional economy class fares with checked luggage allowance per person. Checked Luggage allowance is dependant of Airlines. Subject to promotional fare availability. Air surcharges apply during Australian and New Zealand school holidays and peak travel periods. Applicable charges will apply for changes. Full board details:
Full board includes lunch and dinner daily (breakfast is already included in the room rate).
All restaurants are included in the Full Board programme. Credits, to the equivalent value of FJ$48pp+ tax/FJ$55.20 including tax for lunch and FJ$83pp + tax/FJ$95.45 in local currency will be applied to restaurants outside of the Lagoon Terrace including theme nights / shows at the Marau Village. Full Board cannot be used in the New Zealand Natural Ice Cream outlet and Tappoo’s Talei Shop.
Any charges in excess of these allocations are chargeable. The guest will need to pay the difference directly to the Hotel. Unutilized meals or credits are forfeited and is non-refundable. May not be encashed or transferred to settle other charges including day trips or any other activities.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
